     Martial Arts was designed so that we could defend ourselves. ATSK has found that there are many reasons why someone would do it in today's life Style. If your doing it to stay in shape, or to gain confidence then do it at that level. I think so many of us start something for a reason and then fall into the trap of what everyone else is doing it for.
