Our instructors are personally selected for not only their skill and achievements in Martial Arts, but also for their ability to effectively relate that knowledge and understanding to students of all age levels and backgrounds.

Our instructors undergo advanced training in all self-defense skills. Instructors keep abreast of the latest teaching methods and research in human development.

At ATSK, the physical and psychological development of the student is our primary focus. We are not only interested in fighting skills, but in the development of each person as a whole. 

In our children's program, we make every effort to reinforce the very same principles that parents instill in their children. Our techniques are based on techniques that are centuries old. We use a modern approach to self-defense and our application of that knowledge sets ATSK apart from other programs. To accommodate individual strengths and abilities, programs are individualized to maximize your self-defense skills.
